And there has always been a storage room in this house.
He runs the restaurant and he runs the cellar. Both with the same calm. He has not yet experienced a guest who knew too little about wine. He has experienced many who thought they knew too little.

He won't overwhelm you. He won't throw years around. He will ask what you are eating, what else you like to drink, whether it's going to be a long evening. And then he will place a bottle on the table that you'll still be talking about the next day.
The bar is the first thing you see when you step through the glass door. No reception desk, no queue, no list. A bar. This is not an architectural coincidence, but an attitude. Before you are seated at a table, you are meant to be allowed to arrive.
Classic or modern. With alcohol or without. We have bartenders who know their trade, and they look forward to guests who want something different from the obvious. Tell us what you fancy, even if you don't know the name.
And once the table is ready, simply take your glass with you.
