We cook honestly, we serve with attitude, and we take our craft seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. If you share that, we should get to know each other.
You lead the evening, not just the service. You keep track of things when it gets busy, and you have a feel for when a guest wants to be engaged and when they want to be left in peace.
You bring the following:
- Completed training as a qualified restaurant professional or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in fine dining, ideally in a management position
- Passion for personnel management and a natural organisational talent
- Quality awareness and sound wine knowledge
- Ability to work in a team with tact
- Sense of family structures and an appreciative approach

The JOSEPH'S restaurant combines Southern German and Austrian classics with modern crossover cuisine. Our Wiener Schnitzel, prepared according to the original recipe, is the centerpiece of our menu. Guests can enjoy first-class food with a magnificent view of the Rhine and our spacious terrace.

Restaurant Manager
- Are you a host with heart and passion?
- Do you have a successfully completed apprenticeship as a restaurant specialist or a comparable qualification, or are you a career changer with demonstrable experience in the catering industry, particularly in service or management with organisational talent?
- Do you have several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally in a management position and with personnel responsibility?
- Are you passionate about quality and enthusiastic about wine?
- Do you lead your team with sensitivity and understanding?
- Do you like a family-friendly structure and do you foster the strengths of your employees?
